Perhaps the application added another column to your outlook display.
You can configure the columns by adding and removing them to suit your
personal preferences by:

1. open the view menu
2. press ENTER on "current view" to open the current view menu.
3. Press ENTER on "customize current view" to open the current view
dialog.
4. TAB to "fields" and press the SPACEBAR to open the fields dialog.

Using the fields within this dialog, you can add or remove them.  This
will make the display less cluttered and allow you to only hear the
fields that are of importance to you.
