well you can just down load it but you paid for it so you might as
well wait. I was nervous too. This guy jim helped me and it was very easy. I
will help you install it and we will remove norton. You can call me any time
if you have any time long distance or I also have skype so you can get me on
there. now let me go get that message from jim and send it to you.
