Hi Crystal, Really? So, what did you do? Did you get another numb pad, or simply not use a numb pad? I do have a Targus numb pad with the 00 key, etc. and wondered if it might be the problem. I recently purchased an IBM notebook. Since I like the desktop Jaws configuration on a laptop, I also bought a keypad. This one was a Targus brand. I didn't realize until I tried to use it that numeric keypads have changed. Not all of them, I'm sure, but this one had a "000" key, and the Enter key also had an equals added to it. Jaws 6 was not happy with this arrangement. Some commands worked, but some didn't. It might, at least, be worth checking, if you can have someone sighted look at your keypad.
