Hello
I finally got the JFW program CD to auto start and it went through the set
up. I picked the parameters or settings I wanted.
Problems
1. The Installation went on, but never spoke after the restart.
2. There is a JFW 6 Folder in my program files, but none of the short cuts
are there for such thing as "Explorer JAWS", "FS reader demo" and "JAWS",
nothing.
3. Since I can't get the set up to complete I can't get the Authorization
to work.
4. There is no Speech in anything like JFW 6.0.
I have to re start the computer then use my short cut to JFW 5.00.844 which
brings up speech with JFW 5.00.844, so I am able to use the computer and I
have fixed it to auto start in JFW 5.00.844.
JFW 5.00.844 does start on boot up or re boot!
I ran a repair on JFW 6.0 and it did the repair, but still no Speech, Poop!
I know there are many out there that the program runs for, but it does not
run for me and that is my concern, looks like you are having the same
problems so I will watch for you to find a fix.
Dick
