Hi Group Here is the information I recieved from FreedomScientific about showing your SMA count in the "What about" in JFW 6.0. Dick _____------_____-----____ From: "Support" <support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> If you wish to get this to show in the Jaws About Jaws for Windows box, you will need to remove product activation and reactivate. To Remove Product Activation, please do the following. 1. Press the Windows Logo key or Control+Escape to open the Start Menu. 2. Press the letter P for Programs then J till you come to Jaws 6. 3. Arrow down to tools and open it. 4. Down arrow to remove product activation and press Enter. 5. When asked if you really want to remove product activation, tab to yes and press Enter. Next, make sure you have your authorization CD. Place the authorization CD into your CD-ROM drive. You may get prompt that this is not your program cD. You can then take the CD out as the number will be in the registry. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. Unload Jaws and restart it. When the activator comes up choose activate with CD and go to next. Choose activate over the Internet and go to next. Once the new authorization is retrieved, be sure to click or press Enter on finish The updated information should then be in your help about box. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
