Thanks for the information, I now know the key count remaining. Do you know the way to tell how many SMA(Service Maintenance Agreements) you have? JFW when I go to "What about" shows 0 SMA's and I renewed my SMA 1 1/2 months ago. Is there a URL to show the correct number?
