I think this would be a little hard to determine. Since JFW 5.1 is so old,
you might find issues with the newer virus and spyware checkers. You might
want to choose a program which is accessible with later versions of JAWS and
try it to see if 5.1 will give you the information you need.

Are there any good programs that check for viruses, ad ware, and/or
spyware out there that are fully accessible with JFW 5.10? My husband,
who doesn't use a screenreader, has always run these type of scans for
me, but I'd like to be able to do it myself if possible.
