I have no explanation for this behavior but I can confirm that after isntalling
SP2 I have also encountered mysterious delays between keystrokes.

.The normal behaviour simply lets one open and close files in list views
.rapidly and arrow up and down as fast as ever to the nextfile to open and

.However with JAWS 6 after Service Pack 2, JAWS reads the closed file name
.and no matter what you do, one has to wait before down arrowing. This is
