Ed,

I get Adobe Flash update notifications about every other month. Have you
updated when requested? If not, it may have been trying to update and while
waiting for you to assent, appeared to have locked up.

Subject: JAWS or ADOBE

Running Windows XP (for at least one more week) and Internet Explorer 7.
Tried to get driving directions (and time) on MapQuest.
The first time, I received an error blaming Adobe Flash.
The second time, the system flat locked up. Had to shut down.
This may not be a JAWS issue at all. If this doesn't seem familiar to
anyone, I'll just have my secretary run the MapQuest and see what happens
when I get the new image on my laptop.
