Microsoft does not put a progress bar and or download info in that box while downloading a sitted person just sees the little icon moving showing download in process. Groaning, I clicked on the download button, then clicked on the license "I agree" button and the download process began. JAWS never gave me any feedback on percentage of download complete, even after 2 hours, and the dialogue box gave no info either, other than saying that the SP3 download was in process. I finally gave up and clicked on the cancel button. Has anyone else had this problem with JAWS not giving any feedback on the percentage of the SP3 download? Alan
