Hi Dave,
I just installed JAWS 12 and I am experiencing the same problem that I had
with JAWS 11. I called Freedom Scientific and they escalated this issue.
I then reinstalled JAWS 10.

what problems are you experiencing with jaws11 vista and MSOutlook.
and which version of Outlook.
I have a laptop here running vista,
jaws11 jaws12 and I'm able to use MSOutlook 2007.
