This is when I get really frustrated.
If I were on XP I know how to get to the screen to change text and
background color but have not as yet tried to find it in Outlook 2007.

Dorothy is correct. I use Jaws 9 with XP Pro and it is an occasional
problem with that, and was with v8 and v7. I never associated it with
white print on a black background, but that might be a factor. I
usually just press the power button for six seconds and reboot things
when it happens as no other key combination will work at all. It is
as if Jaws possesses every bit of the machine.
