Very nice. Just pointing out the alternatives. What you do with it is just
fine with me.

Hello there Farfar:

In the first two instances you quoted from the FS documentation, unless
there is an over riding reason why you would prefer to run the thumb drive
version instead of a version that was already installed and licensed on a
particular machine or, a machine that was licensed to use JAWS on a
network, why would you bother!

Although the thumb drive version of JAWS was designed to work on stand-alone
machines and machines using a network authorization, it was primarily
designed to be used by those who needed access to several machines, without
the need to have those machines permanently authorized. It was also
designed to be used by those who need access to a computer, without the need
of having to install JAWS first. Hence the dongle!

My thumb drive version of JAWS, with its dongle, has been extremely useful
to me since I got it.

Sincerely:

Dave Durber
