Re: JAWS basic config and getting started

So if this is possible, how do I switch it on?  At the moment it doesn't read 
anything on mouse over.  Accept of course popup tool tips.  It seems remarkable 
to me if this really isn't an option.  Jaws seems so completely configurable 
and even the free NVDA has this option.
