Garth,
Sorry, but that won't work in JAWS. The best I can suggest is to start using
either the arrow keys or turn on the JAWS cursor and use the NumPad keys to
move that pointer around. Either will speak any lines that they land on.

Thanks for this. Not really what I was looking for but still useful and
found lots of other stuff to look at in the html settings. I am sorry I
shouldn't have used the term mouse over in referring to what I was talking
about. It's not the mouse over event that I was referring to but the ability
to have jaws read out any text that is under the mouse as you move the mouse
around in any application. This is an option in NVDA and Zoomtext and one
that I use constantly. I still find the physical mouse useful at this stage
of my vision loss.
