Hello,
1. Jaws can not read the texts under the mouse, if i understand your
question right.
2. In JAWS 11 or earlier, you can mute key pressings for all keys, in
the configuration manager, Set options, Keyboard options, Key labels
page. In Jaws 12 you can use the Settings center for this setting, you
can use the search box, or select it from the tree view.
