I'm not a web pages developer, by the way you can consider these solutions:
- frontpage, integrated in Microsoft Office.
- Dream Weaver.
Even if the best manneer remains the manual one. Create by yourself the HTML
in Notepad and you'll figure out to generate accessible pages without many
graphical contents like unlabelled links or button, or annoying images and
flashes that slow down the page loading and surfing, especially to blind
users.
Tags to insert an image in HTML pages and a text for alternative
description, sure they exist.
