As windows live mail has graphics to show when a message is unread or there
are more messages in a conversation I used the graphics labeller to label
them and now JAWS does tell me when a message is unread etc. Not sure why FS
couldn't do that since it only takes two minutes. That said not sure I can
put the instructions in an email sorry. I will try and hoepfully send it
later.

I agree. It has improved after the last updates but it still works badly
compared to outlook express. However, I use it myself and hope that it wil
improve bit by bit. Sometimes you have to use the jaws cursor to open
attached files if you don't want to save them first.

It is a bit funky with even the latest JAWS 11 I believe. I use
Thunderbird myself, so am not sure. So I am going by what people have
reported.

Hi all,
I wonder what are your experiences in using Windows Live Mail with JAWS?
Earlier I used Outlook Express and I was happy with it, but then I
received E-mail sent by Hotmail, saying that it would no longer be
possible to use it, so I switched to Windows Live Mail. One of the
differences with the latter, for instance, is that Windows Live Mail
does not say "unread".
Have a nice day,
