I had posted this the other day but I don't think it went through. You might
check out the Accomplish Cash Manager software at

I have downloaded the trial and so far I have found it to be very JAWS
friendly. They have a couple of different versions for both home and business
use. I think the home version is around $60. The business versions are more of
course.
