Gary, it looks like they can't fix this till version 9 is released, as only some users are experiencing this, therefore FS is having a hard time finding out the cause. I am having a similar problem with JAWS 8.0 Build 1163 and Internet Explorer 6.0. Web pages are displayed, but the Virtual Buffer seems to be empty when trying to navigate with the arrow keys. Since the list of links works, I can use the Move to Link button to restore the Virtual Buffer to normal operation.
