Moti, I could write messages fine using the beta, so long as I had compose mail
set to plain text.

  Hi Dave and all,

I have downloaded and installed Jaws 9 Beta but I have a problem in Outlook
Express while typing message in the edit box.
I type the to: line and the Subject line fine but when I go to the edit, I
can not see the Braille and Jaws doesn't speak, at all.
I see my text only in Jaws cursor position.

I sure switched to the previous versions of Jaws, Jaws 7 and Jaws 8, and all
is right there but not in Jaws 9 Beta.
I wrote about this problem to the support team of FS, but didn't get reply,
yet.
I'm using Win XP PROFESSIONAL and Internet Explorer 7.

  Hope to find solution, soon.

Hi, I have had this problem with JAWS 8. Hitting escape and Enter again
often corrects the problem as you have probably discovered but I have no
clue why this happens on occasion. I have also noticed it a time or two so
    far with JAWS 9.
JAWS 9 also retains a particular annoyance with Outlook Express on my
machine. When I delete a message from a list of messages, it repeats the
subject line but a say line will read the next and true subject message in
the queue. It has been suggested that this is a problem with my MSN Hot
Mail account but, again, I have no understanding of this or how to fix it
    short of changing providers.
With JAWS 9 I particularly enjoy the new feature of clicking the left mouse
key to activate the balloon notices as well as retaining format and links
    when copying from web sites.
I would appreciate hearing if others have the Outlook Express issues I have
    described. Thanks, Mitch

    Hi all,
Ever since installing the JAWS 9 beta, Outlook Express and JAWS 8
occasionally pauses for 30 seconds to a minute when replying to a message.
Has anyone experienced this? This does not happen with JAWS 9 and Outlook
Express though, nor did this happen before installing JAWS 9. Thanks in
    advance.
