Thanks, Dave. I finally figured out on my own about control 3, but didn't
know about the other command. Thanks so much.

Interesting. In reading this thread I wonder if anyone has thought about
just pressing Ctrl+3 on the number row? It opens the contacts pane, where
you can arrow up/down the list, sorted by your preference.

Ctrl+Shift+f brings up an advanced search dialog where you can gather a list
of any contacts that contain a particular string of characters.

hello;

1, ctrl+shift+b=addressbook;

you will probably hear, search edit,

2, tab until you hear;

advance find;

now, tab once more, there will be 2 selections,

more columns, and name only,

arrow to name only.

now, tab you should get to your addressbook,

also, when your tabbing, when you hear, combo box, addressbook, make sure
your showing contacts, do this with arrow key.

hope this helps.

I tried that before I sent my post. If I tab once, I get a go and tabbing
again takes me to the message again. I'm using Outlook 2007 and Windows
Seven. Don't know what is going on. Thanks.

Well I just did a shift control b and it took me to the search contacts
/addressbook dialog and in a search edit field. if you just tab once from
there everyone in your contacts with a email address will be in a list in
that box and just arrow to down to the one you want.

Yes, sorry I was not clear. Yes, my contacts in the address book in Outlook
2007. When I use shift plus control and b, I go to the contacts or address
book and I used to be able to arrow down through the list. For some reason
things have been changed in Outlook 2007.

Good Evening.

Does anyone know how to put all of your e-mail addresses from your address
book? I have an e-mail I want to send out and need to copy my address book
sans my list addresses, etc. I don't know if Outlook 2007 has changed or if
JAWS just isn't reading that option to me. I would appreciate any
suggestions you might have.
