Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.  I have a new student who 
is new using Jaws, but hope we can work this out.

The log-on screen is a little strange, but other than that, it will work.  The 
graphics on the log-on screen are not labeled, so you land on an unlabeled 
graphic.  You can make a custom label to say 'connect',but as soon as you 
activate it the graphic will change and once again have an unlabeled graphic- 
this time 'disconnect, I think.  After connecting another screen comes up so 
you have two screens open for Netzero- which is a little weird.  When you get 
on IE or your E-mail program however, nothing will seem strange except the slow 
downloads, of course.
