JAWS and JAVA application...

    I have a java application that needs a few tweaks.

1.  When the focus is moved away from the application and then back in the 
virtual cursor goes to the main window even if the focus is locked on a 
sub-window.

Can I correct this fairly easily with a script that watches for focus changing? 
 Can anybody give me an outline of the process to do this?
