Dana! I've never figured out Real Player but in WinAmp you can: ! Run "WinAmp" ! Press ctrl-p for the "Preferences" menu ! Type "o" until you get to "Output" ! Press alt-c for "Configure" ! Tab over to a list where you can select the Sound Card you want WinAmp to use ! Arrow up or down until you hear your preferred Sound Card mentioned ! Tab over to "OK" and click it ! Press "Escape" to close the "Preferences" menu Now WinAmp may or may not be using the preferred Sound Card. If not just close WinAmp with alt-f4 and restart it.
