Okay Jim.
To test this just type something like steinbeck or grafton in the edit box so you get some results displayed in a table.

There has been an ongoing problem since one of the later versions of jaws
7, 7.10 or thereabouts with tables displayed on the NLS voyager page.  If
you do a search on that page the results are displayed in a table. The
problem is that jaws stops in the third row as you use the alt-control
down arrow command. It reports bottom of column even though there is more
to the table.
If you go to www.loc.gov/nls, follow the voyager link, and do a search
there you can see if you get the same result. I reported this behavior to
Freedoms Scientific some time ago and they said it was definitely a bug.
