Peter,

Sorry, but those aren't any of my Jaws 9 problems, although I recognize the
frustrating similarity to what I'm experiencing. And no, I have never been
instructed to do anything relating to a memory dump. Just a lot of
uninstalling and reinstalling and that sort of thing. Sorry. And good luck.

Well certainly hasn't fixed the Live Mail Desktop issue of forgetting
verbocity settings. Haven't had chance to see whether it fixed the other
issue of JAWS suddenly going quiet when going in to forms mode on websites
randomly, as if it has crashed and shut down, then restarted. However it
just continues where it left off so not even sure if it is actually shutting
down.

Has anybody ever had FS ask for the memory dump file data which started to
be created in JAWS 8 if you've had to use the INSERT+Windows+F4 hotkeys.

Peter
