set JF double to say all with lines without pauses.

In reading text using Say All, such as in a Word document or in
Outlook Express, JAWS will stop reading every other line. She has to
press Say All to get it going again, and then it stops again. I
can't recall if her settings are to read by sentence or by lines, but
I think she is using the defaults.
