Hello list members:
Thanks to everyone who responded.
I am already using Windows messenger and it does work well. However, is
there a way to use MSN Messenger? It provides some features that Windows
Messenger does not. For example, people using MSN messenger, can type
personal messages for their contacts to see. People type personal messages
in a field on the Personal tab of MSN messenger. Users of Windows Messenger,
don't get the benefit of seeing these personal messages.

Hi if you are using windows xp then put your screen name on windows
messenger and use that. It will work perfectly.

Does anyone still use JAWS 5.10.382 and MSN Messenger? If so, what version
of MSN Messenger do you use and where can you get it from?
I have MSN Messenger 7.5 on my computer and the JAWS 5.10.382 MSN
Messenger
scripts, do not work. JAWS 5.10.382 does not read MSN Messenger messages
as
they are received.
I downloaded MSN Messenger 6.0 from the jfwlite web site and installed it.
When I opened the program to use it, it offered to install a later version
before I could continue. It appears that Microsoft no longer allows you to
install and use an old version of MSN Messenger.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
