JAWS 4.51 and authorization issue.

I have a question. suppose that you need to use JAWS on a computer system and 
need to perform some kind of hard drive repair. I need to perform a backup of 
my system, as I'm prepairing to mayby reformat my drive. But before I cary 
anything else out, what should I do with my Authorization key? the 
Authorization 
key gide.txt file makes it very clere that  an authorization key not be 
installed durring backup.
