What does it mean to accomodate all possible personas?

Thanks Dave. We have the same experience with the verbosity levels
turned up to capture everything. On the other hand, this helps us ensure
that our clients are developing compliant sites and applications. If the
user decides to turn something off, then they did it of their own
accord. Developers however, should accommodate all possible personas.

I don't know of any settings in 4.51 that would prohibit display of
summary or caption in tables. In fact, when I used 4.51 for some 508
auditing, it was quite annoying to hear all the summery on lay out
tables.

Sorry Dave, I don't. I'm trying to get a snapshot of the code myself.

Has anyone experienced a situation when JAWS 4.51 with IE 6.0, wouldn't
render the CAPTION element or SUMMARY attribute within a TABLE (data or
layout)?

We're trying to help a "remote" user whose currently having this
problem. It's hard to figure out without seeing all of the settings and
configuration.

Thanks,

Mike
