They seem to have fixed the problem of URL's running into each other on many
webpages from within Firefox. At least ones that I frequent anyway.
Although, Google Reader has become more of a pain to navigate with the 10.0
version and Firefox. I can use the H key for headings perfectly fine in IE
to get from rss entry to entry, but in Firefox, the h key doesn't get me
anywhere and Jaws doesn't make any sound. I have to arrow like crazy and
refresh the page to get it back. This was the same in JFW 9.0 and google
reader in Firefox, but I was hoping they'd fix it with this new release.
Before, I would get around the headings problem in Firefox by doing the read
paragraph command. It would take me to the text summary of each rss entry.
It worked well enough, but now, all that does is take me to every single
URL, entry title, time it was posted and text summary. Much more of a hastle
to get around google reader. I've already submitted this issue using their
beta testing form.

Also, I like the way the real speak voices sound, but I'm noticing when
speeding up the speech rate, there seems to be a hitch in the flow of speech
from time to time. Does anyone know how or if this can be fixed? The real
speak voices sound much nicer than the default ones, but the their
choppiness especially when you speed them up makes it difficult to work
with them long term or at least really consider substituting the default
voices the real speak ones.
