Hello,
I actually don't want the magnifier to start. I'm trying to get to the
magnifier menu where I can change magnification. I don't use it myself, but
am helping someone who does use it.

Try typing magnifier in the run box and when it opens you should be able
to set it to start every time your computer starts.
