I haven't received my JFW 10 disk however this does sound like a JFW 9 flashback. If memory serves the elves at FS had to send out a replacement disk for 9 upon its initial release. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of matt Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 11:51 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: JAWS 10 Installation problem If you press alt tab and enter and nothing happens, try pressing alt N for the next button. If you still have jaws 9 on your system, or any version for that matter, I'd leave it running during the install in this case. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Caroline Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 1:28 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: JAWS 10 Installation problem Hi. I've noticed that sometimes, although you're getting the message to press Enter, focus isn't where it needs to be. Try pressing Alt-"Tab and then press Enter and see if that helps. It's one of those things that doesn't seem to happen all the time, but it's annoying when it does because you'd have no way of knowing that focus wasn't being placed where you think it should be. As far as the button to use for your laptop, just use the regular set-up button. the network option is for something else. Good luck.
