Intro and Questions

Hi all,
First, I'll intro myself. I'm Ari from South Africa, and I'm a totally blind
politics student at Uni. I'm looking forward discussing using JAWS with all
of you.
I just have a few questions which I'd like to ask, I use JAWS 8.
1. Apart from Irc, are there any accessible web-based chat rooms that JAWS
works with? Has anyone found web based chatrooms that are JAWS accessible?
2. Does anyone know where I could get tutorials on how to use JAWS with
Microsoft Outlook and Skype?
