Hi,
I don't know of a single keystroke that will take you out of the toolbars and
place your cursor on the web page. However, I've seen people get stuck in the
toolbars and get disoriented. That's happened to me, too from time to time.
So when that happens, what I do is jump to the address bar with alt+d, then
shift+tab once to get into the web page. It works for me more often than not.

In IE or Firefox, I sometimes need to tab around various stuff above the
main document such as toolbars, address bar, etc, until I reach the main
document; where the virtual PC cursor is available. Is there a shortcut key to
jump directly to it?
