Internet Explorer: is there a shortcut key to jump directly to the main document?

Hi folks,
In IE or Firefox, I sometimes need to tab around various stuff above the main 
document such as toolbars, address bar, etc, until I reach the main document; 
where the virtual PC cursor is available. Is there a shortcut key to jump 
directly to it?
