Hey TerriLynne, That was great! Your way works really well! I only tossed in that other info to let people know that it was there. But your way is straight forward and to the point. Thanks! This is great! But, for novices such as myself, I might make a small adjustment to your instructions. So here is how I would write it: Smile. Alt t for tools menu. Arrow up to options and hit enter. Ctrl tab to the send page. Tab until you hear, "plain text settings button, alt e,and press alt e. Again, tab until you hear, "indent the original text with", checkbox checked. Hit the space bar to uncheck this check box. Tab to apply and hit enter. Tab to okay and hit enter. If you uncheck the box, "indent the original text with", the following combo box doesn't even appear. I went into the Plain Text properties settings, and also the HTML settings part (because I send in plain text only to blind and low vision correspondents and mailing list, and HTML to others). But when I forward or reply to a test message I send myself, the reply or forward arrives still with greater than signs leading each line. Yes, I pressed okay where I should have, and all that. One thing I should say is that the Send tab in my OE options menu simply doesn't speak and identify its parts accurately with Jaws, so I have to use the Jaws cursor to explore the area then try to remember where things were as I move down through that menu with the PC cursor and try to look at or change settings. It's always been like this for me with Jaws in this area of the OE options menu. With two different versions of Jaws. Any idea how to help me tame this menu with Jaws?
