You know, I am coming in on this a little late, so maybe someone has said
what I am going to say, but when I do hit insert plus num row 4, my ninth
choice down is cents. I am using Windows XP and JFW 5.1.

In today's economy who needs the cent sign? I think even candy bars cost
a dollar or more! Back in the days when dinosaurs stalked the earth and
messages were delivered by carrier pigeons you could get a lot of candy for
a dollar! I guess the people who designed the keyboard for the twenty-first
