Re: In using Insert F 7, why can't we use Save Target As?

But most of the things I ever download, you click on the link, then a 
dialogue opens where you confirm that you want to download something,then 
check the target path and filename and/or change it to your liking, then 
click on Save.  All this begins with a simple click on the link, takes only 
a few seconds, and I don't spend all my time downloading programs.  Maybe if 
I were constantly downloading program files, I'd understand this 
differently?  But as it is, it's just a now and then thing, and I've always 
thought this was the ordinary Windows way of doing it, and never felt it a 
particular burden.

Am I not understanding this?  For instance, when I come upon a link for some 
small application on the programs page of the JFW Lite Web site, and click 
on it to go through the steps described above, is this considered a slow and 
inefficient method compared to right clicking on them and using the save 
target method?  Is this what you mean?
