You didn't say what synthesizer you are using, or what version of Outlook.
If this is only happening with Outlook, then the version may be a critical
detail.
At any rate, you can get a comprehensive listing of your computer's hardware
and software by going to:
www.belarc.com
They have a scanning utility that you can either download and install or you
can run their on-line version.
