By all means, update. Version 10 doesn't have the same problems of screwing your settings and screwing jaws as version 10 did. So, put iTunes to check for updates. Jaws and your music are safe. I am afraid the answer is no, How do I know this? It is because I have the same model as you. I believe but don't quote me on this but I think it was introduced in the 5th genaration but I'm not sure if you can still get older models of the ipods because they now have the 6th genaration which came out last year which I believe is smaller and is touch screen base. But anyway I am moving off topic hear. But hope that helps youa little. Does this mean that newer versions don't work as well, or is this suggestion just because the information was done before iTunes 10? Also, I have an iPod 4th Generation. Does this have a radio in it?
