That is what I've done. I shorten the name and remove any punctuation. Still would like to know how to make a Jaws script that would read the new flag first.

If you want to get through your list of feeds more rapidly, just shorten the name of each feed. It would be nice if there were a way to list only those
feeds with new content, but it ain't gonna happen.

I use the IE8 rss reader but would like to improve one thing. It may even
be possible to do this with scripts. When you arrow through your list of
feeds jaws tells you if it is new but only after hearing the name of the
feed. . I would like to hear if a feed has new content first to get
through my long list faster.

I'm not a script writer so I wouldn't have even a clue how to start.

If that was a standard listVview, I'd just customize jaws to read the new
part first but Jaws says not in a list view because it is a tree view.

The best RSS reader for JAWS is by far the one built into IE 7 and 8. It
is
very easy to use and allows you to organize your feeds into folders. As
long as you have JAWS 8 or higher, you should be good to go.

Hi all,

What is the most accessible RSS reader to use with JAWS? I would like to
find one that allows you to create different folders for different
groups
of
feeds. I have been using the Webbie accessible RSS reader and it is OK
but
it has no folder option. Any suggestions?
