What site and which version of JFW?

I've had another problem with reading articles on the net. There is a site
I've been reading for years but when I hit a link I have been sent or from
the homepage of the site I can't access the articles. I guess some of the
pages are written in frames but hitting insert-f9 and getting the list of
frames and hitting the one I want nets nothing. I keep trying and have even
written to the editor of the site for help but to no avail. Any ideas?
