Re: IE 7 and JAWS

Hi, Vicki.
MS has been alerting us today that a security patch is ready to download. If your system is set up like mine, you can go to your system tray with insert-F11 and arrow down until you locate the alert. 

I'm sure you don't need to test IE7 just yet.

I have no problem with IE 6 at all, at least until today. I keep getting a
security alert in my system tray when I log on certain sites. It's something 
that never happened until today, not even on those sites. When I get the
alert, JAWS loses focus, and I can't click on the item, much less read the
alert. Thought maybe it was time to switch to IE 7.

While I can use IE7 with Jaws 8 here, it doesn't always work well with jaws and you will have some issues because of Jaws. So if your not prepared for 
these problems you may want to just keep using IE6.
