Hello Peter, You are not annoying me, however, I gave you some wrong information. The message says the page will not display correctly (this is the windows update page), and to correct this I must install the controls from the microsoft information bar just below the address bar. I also tried to hit alt N on the website and it did nothing. Thanks for trying to help and I hope that you have a happy New Year. I know you said it wasn't there, but thought I'd just let people know how to access it using keystrokes as I kept getting sighted asistance for this. Press ALT + N, it will then tell you what it is trying to do. Press SPACE BAR and this brings up a submenu. Usualy the top option is the one you are trying to do, such as 'Download File' or 'Install ActiveX'. HTH. I hope nobody minds all my emails to the group, I don't want to over do it and annoy anyone. I just know how frustrating it is to do something and have to get sighted assistance for everything. The same sighted tech told me that if I ran my oldest JFW CD, which is, JFW 4.5, and hit shift while it tries to run, I should be able to find IE 6 on the disc and be able to repair it. I have had no success with this and need your help. How can I repair IE 6? Take care, John
