How to use drop-down menus in word 2007 forms?

Hi all,
I need to fill in a from which has been written as a word 2007 document. This
form contains dropdown menus in which I need to select an item.
Does anyone know which key combinations are available to open such dropdown
menus and select an item from them please?
I'm using jaws 12.0.1158 on an XP pro SP3 computer and Microsoft Office 2007.
