Yesterday, he turned on his computer and Avast warned him he has a virus. The problem is, he doesn't know how to access the controls in Avast to repair the file, quaranteen it or whatever using JFW. Is there anyone out there using JFW and Avast that can give me some pointers so I can help this gentleman?
