Peter,

I'm still in the dark,as I related to Kimsun. How are you using the arrow keys
to hear these columns in the listview?

I can read the info with the arrow keys when in list view but not using the
shortcut keys mentioned. Not really bothered any way as it’s quick enough using
the left and right ,keys.

Peter Do you have your view set to details or Icons?

Set it to details and see what you get.

Just tried that but get told I’m not in a list despite having just selected
list view.

Hi, if I've understood correctly, in windows explorer set the view to
details under the view menu. Then as you move down to a file, you can
press
left and right arrow keys to move to the various bits of information i.e.
      file type, size etc.
