"Ghost" Attachments Revisited

Hi,  Can someone remind me again why JAWS announces attachments on certain E 
mails when no such actual attachments exist?
Also, certain daily e mails from various lists have stopped coming to my In 
Box and perhaps some JAWS setting or other is causing this interference but 
I don't know the fix as no settings, to my knowledge, have been changed.
Any ideas welcome at
